Video for the Sber stand at CIPR-2026

Exhibitions / Video for the Sber stand at CIPR-2026

About the project

A video for the Sber stand at CIPR-2026 about how people and GigaChat AI agents work together in a company — plus technical support for the stand on all four days of the conference.

On 18–21 May 2026 the Nizhny Novgorod Fair hosted the “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” conference — CIPR-2026. Sber was its GigaPartner. The Sber stand showed solutions for business, government and developers, among them the GigaChat Business platform with AI agents that carry out work tasks alongside people.

For the stand we made a video about the four layers of a company in which AI agents work alongside people. We also set up the stand equipment before the opening and were on duty there every day of the conference.

Scope of work

A 47 s video in 4K, technical support for the stand

Venue

CIPR-2026, Nizhny Novgorod Fair, Nizhny Novgorod

47 s
video in 4K, 50 frames per second
4
company layers in the video: from people to servers
4 days
technical support for the stand from 8:00 to 20:00

The task

The stand needed a short video — no longer than a minute, in 4K — showing the layers that make up working with GigaChat: from the task an employee sets, down to the servers and back up to the finished result. The video had to catch the eye of passers-by and work on a loop.

The second part was technical: get the stand ready on 15 and 16 May, then keep a specialist on it from 8:00 to 20:00 from 18 to 21 May and fix any fault within half an hour.

What we did

Script and shot list

We wrote the script and broke the video down shot by shot: what happens in each scene and why.

Visual style

First we made five style options — among them a realistic office, the company building in isometric view and a dark “night” palette. A different approach was approved: transparent glass discs stacked into a tower, a light background and the Sber green palette. Then came storyboards, grey and colour animatics, and caption options.

The film

A glass sphere — the “core” of GigaChat — travels down a column of light through four layers and comes back up.

“People”

Employees at their computers set a task — “Launching a product in a new market”.

“AI agents”

Task cards surround the steel ring: analysis, risks, demand, strategy, unit economics, development, design, competitors. Small agent spheres — an AI strategist, an AI financier, an AI marketer — fly around them, and the cards turn green with the mark “Done in 5 sec”.

“Business context”

A library ring with shelves of corporate systems — CRM, email, electronic document management and ERP: connecting systems, working with APIs, integrating with the database.

Infrastructure

A microchip disc with cloud, server and shield icons: cloud, on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, security.

The way back

On the way back the sphere returns the solved task to the people: “The task used to take a week, now it takes 10 minutes”. The finale: “AI runs the processes. People run the future”.

The stand

Before the opening we set up the equipment on the Sber stand. On all four days of the conference our technical specialist was on the stand from morning till evening.

How it is built

The video combines 3D graphics with neural-network generation: the concept art and style sketches were generated, and the animatic was built in 3D.

The final file is 3840×2160, 50 frames per second, 47 seconds; a separate 1920×1080 version at 24 frames per second was also made.

The captions are white labels at the bottom of the frame, one for each action.

Result

The video and the work on the stand were handed over on 21 May 2026, the last day of the conference.
