Interactives for the Gazprombank stand at the Future Technologies Forum — 2026

About the project

Scripts, interface, videos and software for the two interactive zones of the Gazprombank stand at the Future Technologies Forum — 2026: a button console on waste recycling and cubes with NFC tags that launch videos about plant breeding.

The 4th Future Technologies Forum, devoted to the bioeconomy, took place in Moscow on 24–26 February 2026; the exhibition and the main programme ran on 25–26 February at the World Trade Center. Gazprombank was one of the forum’s co-organisers and showed bioeconomy projects on its stand.

The stand was built by Dart Expo. Commissioned by Dart Expo, we filled two interactive zones: “Second Life: From Waste to Value”, on recycling fruit and vegetable waste, and a plant breeding zone presenting the “Golden Cob” seed breeding and seed production holding and the “Golden Berry” nursery.

The task

The waste zone was to show the principles of the circular bioeconomy — the whole journey from “rubbish” to a valuable product. The breeding zone was to present the products of “Golden Cob” and “Golden Berry” through NFC tags and videos. Visitors choose for themselves what to learn about — by pressing a button or placing an object on a platform. The design followed the client’s brand books, and no video was to run longer than a minute and a half. Everything had to be set up on the venue’s equipment and handed over by 24 February 2026.

What we did

“Second Life: From Waste to Value”

Above the screen are six types of waste: orange peel, apple pomace, banana peel, grapes, tomatoes and sunflower husks. In front of the screen is a console of six buttons labelled with the products obtained from this waste: pectin, apple cider vinegar, biotextile, resveratrol, lycopene and biochar. A visitor presses a button and watches a video about how the waste becomes a valuable product: “Citrus peel — pectin”, “For every kilogram of the edible part there are 400 g of peel”. Seven videos in all: six on the types of waste and an attract loop for standby mode. The attract loop reads “Biorefining is a cascade processing technology in which several valuable components are extracted in turn from a single waste product” and “zero waste, maximum value”.

“Golden Cob”

In front of the screen stand five transparent cubes with seeds of maize hybrids. The attract loop is about the holding: “24 000+ ha”, “25 years on the market”, “8 divisions” and the prompt “To learn about a hybrid, place a cube on the platform”. When a cube with an NFC tag is placed on the platform, a video about that hybrid starts. Five videos about hybrids and an attract loop in all.

“Golden Berry”

In front of the screen are strawberry tray plants from one to nine weeks old. The screen shows facts about the nursery: launched in 2024 in the Pavlovsky District of the Voronezh Region, more than 70 000 m² of production space for seedlings, a platform for science and business, a participant in the Federal Scientific and Technical Programme together with Voronezh State Agrarian University and the Crimean Federal University. The videos say, for example, that more than 90% of off-season berries on the Russian market are imported. Five videos on topics from the technical specification — “A fully closed production cycle”, “Problems on the Russian market”, “About the ‘tray’ technology”, “Market and sales”, “Impact on the economy” — and an attract loop.

How it is built

“Second Life”, “Golden Cob” and “Golden Berry” each have a screen in a column of the stand. The structures and screens were part of the stand; we tested and set everything up on the venue’s equipment. Our part: scripts, interface, 2D and 3D graphics, videos, software, and connecting the buttons and NFC tags.

The console buttons are connected to the software through a controller; objects with NFC tags are recognised when they are placed on the platform.

The videos were made at 1920×1080.

Our specialist was on duty at the stand throughout the forum.

Result

The work was handed over under a signed certificate on 24 February 2026. On 24 and 25 February both zones were in operation, with visitors and film crews. Gazprombank’s press release says of the waste zone: “The interactive stand ‘Second Life: From Waste to Value’ demonstrates the complete transformation of fruit and vegetable waste into high-margin products”.
