About the project
Touch screen applications for a stand at StudFest 2025: choosing a path — business or career, vacancies, a CV and a video business card.
On 24 January 2025 VTB Arena hosted StudFest, the 5th Moscow International Festival of Student Entrepreneurship. The festival has two tracks — “I’m building a business” and “I work in high tech”; the competition received more than three thousand applications.
The festival featured a stand with the “Moscow — the starting point” logo and the same two slogans above it. We made the software for the stand’s touch screens: a visitor chooses whether to build their own business or a career, browses vacancies, puts together a CV and records a video about themselves. The work took eight days — from 17 to 24 January.

The task
The stand needed touch screen applications in the festival’s brand style: a scenario for a student who is deciding where to go and takes the first step right away. Some of the applications recorded photos and videos of visitors — these recordings had to be stored and sent to the server. Deadline — the festival opening on 24 January.
What we did
“Find your path”
A touch table in the centre of the stand. The start screen reads “Find your path: build a business or grow in a career” and has a “Build a trajectory” button.
“Build a career trajectory”
A touch kiosk with three sections: “Video business card”, “Hot vacancies in high tech” and “CV builder”.
“Build a business trajectory”
The second kiosk — for those who choose their own business, in the same design.
Video CV
An application in which a visitor records a photo and video CV on camera. The recordings are compressed, saved and automatically sent to the server.
Server and admin panel
A server application and an admin panel for the stand software.
On-site work
We installed and launched the equipment and software, and our technician looked after the screens during the festival.
How it is built
The applications run on 1920×1080 touch screens: two kiosks and the tilted table screen in a glowing frame.
The design follows the stand’s style: a dark purple background, glowing chart lines, 3D icons of a briefcase and a diagram, and a hand hint showing where to tap.
For the video CV we brought a Razer Kiyo Pro camera on a tripod, a Shure BLX wireless lavalier system with a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, and a laptop.
Result
The stand with our applications ran at the festival on 24 January 2025.
