About the project
Video content for the screens of the Digital Business Space at the Second National Forum of Waste Recyclers on 2 December 2024: halls, a media wall in the foyer, facades.
On 2 December 2024 the Second National Forum of Waste Recyclers was held at the Digital Business Space (DBS) on Pokrovka. It was organised by the Klever Association of Waste Recyclers, a self-regulatory organisation.
We made videos for the venue's screens: a forum intro for the LED screen in the large hall, an intro for the “(Dis)cussing ESG” discussion in the small hall, a video with the day's programme for the Pandora media wall in the foyer, and intros for the building's media facades.

The task
The DBS has many screens of different sizes and proportions: an LED screen behind the stage of the large hall, the small hall screen, a twelve-metre media wall in the second-floor foyer and media facades facing the street. Each needed its own video at its own resolution, in the forum's unified style and with the Klever and DBS logos. All by 2 December.
What we did
Large hall
The “Second National Forum of Waste Recyclers” intro for the LED screen behind the stage: a green-blue gradient, a “Main event of 2024” badge and the Klever logo. A 20-second video in two resolutions: 3840×2160 and 1920×1080.
Small hall
Intro for the “(Dis)cussing ESG” discussion programme, which Klever ran together with DeCarbon: the graffiti “NotBoring” is drawn above the title, and ribbons with Klever's name run across the screen. A 20-second video, 1920×1080.
Pandora media wall
A 58-second video for the wall in the second-floor foyer. First the forum intro with a glass recycling symbol and clovers, then “Event timing”: the day's programme from 9:00 to 21:00 in four blocks — registration, the official opening, the sessions “Legislation”, “Technology”, “Finance” and “Personnel and education”, three networking sessions, SES consultations and a buffet reception. Each item shows the time, the hall and the floor.
Media facades
An intro with the forum name, the date “2 December 2024”, the Klever and DBS logos and an 18+ sign. Two formats, horizontal and vertical, 10 seconds each.
How it is built
The screens are the DBS's own equipment: a 15.8×8.6 m LED screen in the large hall, a small hall screen with a laser projector, a 12.1×2.7 m media wall, and the media facades.
The videos were made to the resolution of each surface: large hall — 3840×2160, small hall — 1920×1080, media wall — 9600×2160 as three files of the same length (3840 + 3840 + 1920 in width), facades — 2304×1008 and 864×1152.
Result
The videos ran on the forum screens on 2 December 2024: photos and footage from the venue show the intros in the large and small halls, the schedule on the media wall and both media facade formats. According to the organiser, more than 500 participants from over 120 cities attended the forum.
