About the project

Seven stands and five screens for the “Hall of Fame” devoted to heroes of the special military operation at the Estate on Perekopskaya: a touch-screen kiosk, interviews with participants, a drone game, videos.

In February 2025, commissioned by the Atlant sports and leisure centre, we created an exhibition about participants in the special military operation from Moscow’s South-Western Administrative District. It occupies a hall in the outbuilding of the Prozorovsky–Beketov estate in Zyuzino: after restoration, the “Estate on Perekopskaya” cultural centre opened here in December 2024. The hall is called the “Hall of Fame”.

The exhibits — personal belongings, awards, trophies — were donated by residents of the district who fought or helped the front as volunteers. We made everything around them: seven stands with texts and graphics, videos and applications for the screens. We also installed the screens and mounted the exhibition.

The task

A single hall in an old building had to tell the story of the special military operation from different angles: the events of 2014, the confrontation with NATO, the heroes and their stories, drones, the work of the district’s volunteers. Part of the story is on screens, where visitors choose for themselves what to watch and listen to. All the compositions had to be produced, delivered and installed at the end of February 2025.

What we did

Central wall

A wall-sized panel — soldiers, helicopters and aircraft — and a yellow stand with a touch screen. The application has a “Liberation of territories” section with photographs.

“Prologue to a new chapter”

A stand on the events of 2014: the coup in Kyiv, the tragedy at the Trade Unions House in Odesa on 2 May, the shelling of Donbas, the Minsk agreements. Below the text is a display case.

“NATO: expansion of the alliance”

A screen with a video about NATO aggression and infographics on the bombing of Yugoslavia and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

“A hero’s word”

Between the red letters Z and V with awards is a vertical touch screen, “Interviews with heroes”. The visitor touches the screen, picks up the handset and listens to a participant in the special military operation telling their story.

“Birds of war — drones”

A game on a screen: the visitor takes a gamepad, chooses a drone in the “Aviation hangar” and tries their hand as an operator.

“Volunteer missions”

A screen with a video about the humanitarian trips of the South-West Volunteer Team — more than a hundred trips to Donbas and the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions since 2022 — and a collage of photographs from these trips.

“A volunteer’s path”

Shelves with things volunteers make for the front: a camouflage net, a grappling hook, a trench candle, a home-made stove, a chest rig, field rations. Each object has a label with a QR code, and above the shelves is the call “Join the volunteers’ work right now!”.

How it is built

A 32″ touch panel supporting at least four simultaneous touches, plus a telephone handset, in “A hero’s word”; a touch screen in the stand by the central wall; a 43″ TV panel with 1920 × 1080 resolution in “NATO”; a screen and a gamepad on a plinth at “Birds of war”.

The stands are boxes made of chipboard, MDF and white laminated chipboard, with full-colour printing on plastic and film, three-dimensional PVC logos and spotlights on brackets.

Result

The hall operates as the permanent exhibition “Hall of Fame on Perekopskaya”: tours are by appointment, for groups of up to 15 people. The tour description mentions stories from participants in the special military operation and the chance to try your hand as a drone operator.

In 2025–2026 the hall was shown to guests: in August 2025 to the coordinator of the Association of Veterans of the Special Military Operation for the South-Western Administrative District, and in April 2026 to representatives of the Horlivka administration.
